Quality Materials for Many Applications

We machine Cover Plates, Wafer Carriers, Susceptors and Support Rings in many Metal Organic Chemical Vapor Deposition (MOCVD) tools. CVD Silicon Carbide® is being used to replace many Silicon Carbide coated graphite and sintered components in these tools to improve yield, reduce downtime and reduce overall cost of ownership.
